Rugby player Chris Ashton has revealed that he is having cosmetic dentistry work done.
The English rugby union player wrote in an article for the Daily Mail that he used to get the mickey taken out of him because of his smile, which wasn’t quite straight.
Consequently, he decided to get invisible braces to fix it.
“I’ve got a brace, but it’s quite subtle, so you can’t really see it,” Ashton commenting, adding that he thinks it is “a bit vain for a northern bloke”.
However, he is not the only one, as the sportsman revealed that his teammate Ben Foden now wants cosmetic dentistry, while Delon Armitage has already had some.
Another celebrity who recently admitted to wearing invisible braces was Justin Bieber, while Myleene Klass has now completed her treatment with them.
They are becoming more popular in the UK in general, perhaps as a result of this celebrity endorsement.
