New NHS places are to be created in Pendle.
Individuals looking for emergency dentistry services in Pendle could be about to have major boost after it emerged 10,000 new NHS places are to be made available in the months ahead.
Pendle Today reported that over the coming year, three purpose-built dental surgeries are to open in the district in Nelson, Colne and Barrowford.
As a result, the extra places for dental treatments will help reduce the demand currently being placed on the area’s already overloaded dental provisions, meaning people living in the area are likely to have greater access to emergency dentistry treatments in 2010.
Elsewhere, the Gazette & Herald recently reported a new emergency dentistry surgery is set to open in Pickering, North Yorkshire.
