Jason Manford will not need any teeth whitening procedures before he takes over on The One Show – because his have already been fixed.
The 29-year-old will take Adrian Chiles’ place on the BBC One programs sofa soon, but revealed he will not need to have his smile brightened like many stars do.
He told the Scottish Express he had to seek an emergency dentist 12 years ago after he had his front teeth knocked out while standing up for a girl.
“Three lads jumped me, knocked a few teeth,” Manford commented.
The comedian clearly benefited from the emergency dentistry he received at the time, as his smile does not give away anything regarding this brave act of chivalry!
While Manford might not be in need of teeth whitening, a recent survey by Mintel found that almost a third of men are worried they have yellow teeth, which could lead to them booking an appointment with a dentist in the near future.
