Britons looking for the perfect smile might want to investigate having Invisalign braces fitted in order to straighten their teeth, it has been claimed.
The Jakarta Post reported that while braces can be slightly painful, the results they produce cannot be argued with and they could even help prevent future oral health problems.
Cosmetic dentist Ruby Karyadi told the publication: "Improper alignment can cause food leftovers to be stuck between the teeth, [this] could cause dental cavities or inflammation of the gums."
She added Invisalign braces can help correct malocclusion and create a stunning smile.
Meanwhile, Dr Craig Heunergardt, founder of North County Cosmetic and Implant Dentistry, recently noted patients should not be worried about the pain of cosmetic dentistry.
He claimed advances in technology have meant that people having treatments will receive the best level of care and new innovations have helped cut healing times considerably in recent years.
