People who have visible gaps in their teeth should consider getting dental veneers to fix the problem.
This is the suggestion of American Health and Beauty, which pointed out that many people are self-conscious about their smile when they have gaps and often avoid smiling altogether.
However, dental veneers will close the gap instantly, the article pointed out.
“Made of a durable ceramic material, they are highly resistant to staining from food or drink. Best yet, the process is quick and relatively painless,” it stated.
The Cosmetic Dentistry Guide also recommends dental veneers, which it said are mostly made of porcelain.
It said they can do for the teeth what false nails can do for the hands in terms of appearance and advised that if they are well looked-after, they should last up to ten years.
Dental veneers can be fitted by an accredited cosmetic dentist in as few as three visits.
