Parents in Milton Keynes were this week invited to take their children to a drop-in session, an event which could be ideal for those seeking advice on cosmetic work for youngsters.

According to the Cosmetic Dentistry Guide, the clinic was held earlier this week and was aimed at parents and children who are not registered with an NHS dentist in the Milton Keynes area.

Among the items on offer were fluoride treatments that can help to protect teeth after a check-up and children were also given new toothbrushes to make sure they are not brushing their mouth with an unhygienic brush.

Mel Foxall, from the Oral Health Promotion Team, noted the benefits of drop-in sessions for promoting good dental hygiene from a young age.

One person who might have been paying particular care to her teeth this week – and who has been known to have cosmetic dentistry work in the past – is Kate Middleton, who will walk down the aisle tomorrow (April 29th) to marry Prince William.
