The Snap On Smile appliance is made from a special plastic called crystalised acetyl resin. Because this resin is so strong it means that the device can be made to as little as 0.5mm in thickness without losing strength or durability.
Following your cosmetic consultation, if you decide to go ahead with the treatment, the process is very simple. First of all, you will have some photographs and impressions taken of your teeth. Then you and one of our highly trained dentists will discuss and decide on the shape and shade of the appliance. The rest is then taken care of by our staff and the Snap On Smile lab. In around six weeks time you will come back to the clinic to have your final fitting. Once the device has been checked, and you are happy with the look and feel, you are ready to take your new smile home with you.
