What Are Invisible Braces?

Invisible braces is a collective term for orthodontics that try to be discreet as much as possible. The most common method is Invisalign, where a customised sequence of transparent aligners will help shift your teeth into place. However, other invisible treatment methods include ceramic braces, which feature tooth-coloured braces, as well as lingual braces, which can be placed behind your teeth.

Invisalign: Our Most Popular Invisible Braces

Invisalign is by far the most popular choice among our patients, and it’s easy to see why. The aligners are virtually invisible, they’re removable, and treatment can be completed in as little as six months for simpler cases.

Here’s how it works:

1. Free consultation – We assess your teeth, take digital scans using our iTero scanner, and discuss whether Invisalign is the right fit for you. This consultation is free with one of our general dentists. If you choose to see our specialist orthodontist, a consultation fee applies.
2. Your treatment plan – Using ClinCheck software, we map out exactly how your teeth will move at each stage. You’ll even get a preview of your end result before treatment starts.
3. Wearing your aligners – You’ll receive a series of custom aligners and wear each set for a period of time before switching to the next. They need to be worn for at least 22 hours a day, but you take them out to eat, drink, and brush.
4. Progress reviews – You’ll visit us every 4 to 6 weeks so we can check everything is on track.
5. Your new smile – Once you’ve finished your last set of aligners, you’ll be given Vivera retainers to keep your teeth in their new position long term.

Types of Invisalign We Offer

We offer four Invisalign options depending on the level of correction you need:

• Invisalign Express – For very minor adjustments, using up to 7 aligners
• Invisalign Lite – For mild crowding or relapse after previous braces, using 8 to 14 aligners
• Invisalign Moderate – For cases needing more correction, using 15 to 20 aligners over around 5 to 10 months
• Invisalign Comprehensive – For moderate to complex cases, using 21+ aligners over 7 months or more

Flexible Payment Options 

We know orthodontic treatment is a big investment, so we offer a few different ways to pay:

Pay as you go

Spread your payments across your treatment. You’d pay £395 initially, £895 when your aligners are ordered, then £250 at each progress review every 4 to 6 weeks.

0% finance
