An orthodontist from Texas in the US has been praising Invisalign braces after he recently began to offer them to patients at his practice.
Dr Darren Dickson from Plano said he has already found the new technology to be popular, particularly among adults who do not want traditional 'train-tracks'.
"Invisalign gives patients, primarily adults, an easy, comfortable and virtually unnoticeable way to straighten their teeth and achieve the smile they've always dreamed of," said Dr Dickson.
The expert also added that his patients like the fact that there is no need for extensive follow-up appointments, which prevents them from needing too much time off work in order to straighten their teeth.
Last month, Sara Bartlett, a student who is to graduate from a Florida university in December 2010, told WTSP 10 News that she is having Invisalign braces fitted in a bid to improve her chances of getting a job.
