IV Sedation: For the majority of dental phobias, IV sedation could be a good option. IV sedation is fast acting due to it being administered directly into the bloodstream. Patients will feel relaxed and in a state of semi-sleep. This means that the treatment can be performed without worry or anxiety.

Painless Injections: The painless injection (also known as The Wand) is available for patients who have a phobia of needles. Instead of using a syringe, the painless injection uses a pen-like device. The Wand delivers the anaesthetic in a controlled way which means that patients do not feel the ‘bee sting’ type pain that is associated with a traditional needle and syringe.
