Munir qualified from The Royal London Hospital in 2002. He carried out one year in vocational training before taking up a  two year rotation as a Senior House Officer in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at St. Georges & Kingston Hospitals.

Munir was awarded the prestigious membership of Faculty of Dental Surgery by the Royal College of Surgeons of England in 2005 following completion of extensive postgraduate training and examinations.

He Is a member of the Society For Advancement of Anaesthesia in dentistry, and is also allowed to practice acupuncture for head and neck pain; being a member of the British Medical Acupuncture society.

Munir currently works in General Practice, as well as being a Specialty Doctor in Acute Dental Care at Kings College Hospital. He has a special interest in Oral Surgery and Provides Intra-Venous sedation.
