Claudia qualified from UMDS (Guy’s) in 1999. Following that she carried out General Professional training in The Cambridgeshire area. This initially consisted of one year of practice vocational training then another year in private practice with honorary clinical assistantship posts in hospital oral surgery, restorative and orthodontic departments.
Claudia then undertook a series of hospital posts around the country which also included teaching the undergraduates and lectures to local dentists. She was also the Lead Clinician in a Dental access centre in Kent and worked in practices in London for a few years.
Claudia completed her 4 year Periodontology (Gums) training course at Guy’s hospital where she gained the prestigious Master of Science (MSc) and Master of Clinical dentistry (M Clin Dent). This has allowed her to achieve the highest skills in Periodontology, placement of dental implants and keep up to date with the latest techniques. She also carried out research into the link between gum disease and general health.
Claudia is a member of the British society of Periodontology.
