Cosmetic anterior implant crown
|This is the implant healing abutment showing through the gum, six weeks after implant placement.|
|The healing abutment is changed to a more conical and larger size healing abutment in order to shape the gum. This is left in place for 2 weeks.|
|You can see the healing abutment from above pushing back the gum margin and causing the gum to blanch temporarily.|
|This is the temporary crown in place shaping the gum around it.|
|This temporary implant crown will be left in place for 2-4 weeks until we are happy with the shape of the gum.|

Cosmetic zone anterior Implant crown
|The patient presented with a recently extracted upper front tooth and wanted the socket restored with an implant.|
|We placed a Straumann implant to replace the missing tooth. We then covered the implant with a healing cap.|
|We restored the implant with a titanium implant abutment six weeks after implant placement.|
|We final ceramic crown was placed over the implant abutment.|
The implant can be seen placed in the perfect position in between the two neighbouring teeth.
The final smile shows a well matching implant crown.
Missing three back teeth
|This patient presented with three missing back teeth and wanted the gap replaced with dental implants.|
We placed three Straumann dental implants to replace his lost teeth.
