    Smile Ultra thin veneers

    Hi

I would like to have porcelain veneers for that perfect white smile. I have asked my dentist to recommend the best veneer treatment for my teeth. He has recommended ultra thin veneers at £900 per veneer. He says that I will probably need eight dental veneers in total because thats how many top teeth I show when I smile.

I like the idea of really thin veneers that don't need much tooth shaving but I am worried that the veneers might break if they are really thin. Also the £900 per tooth price tag seems very high for a porcelain veneer, I was expecting it to cost around £500 per tooth.

I would like to know if you recommend ultra thin veneers or normal porcelain veneers? Why is the cost of ultra thin dental veneers so much more than the standard porcelain veneers?

    Default Ultra thin veneers

    Hi,

    Thank you for your question.

By ultra thin veneers I am assuming you are asking about Lumineers which have no or very little drilling. I have to say you are in luck today as at Pearl Dental Clinic we only charge £495 each for these ultra thin veneers which if not the best they are one of the best form of no or minimal drilling form of veneers and is in your budget range.

The biggest advantage of Lumineers to conventional veneers is that Lumineers are much more stronger then normal veneers and hence one can make them so thin. Therefore their advantage to normal veneers is that there is a lot less drilling of the tooth involved.
