Gum contouring & Lumineers

Hello,
I would like some advice on getting appearance of me teeth improved. They are quite small teeth and are slightly discolored. I was wondering if gum contouring and lumineers would be the best option for improvement?

I don't have any major structural problems with my teeth. I haven't been to the dentist in quite a while and I am sure I need a few fillings. Would you be able to do that too? Do you offer any financing?
