    Cool Lava veneers

    Hi

I had a lava crown made last year on one of my front teeth which looks good but really now I regret not doing the tooth next door as well. The tooth next to it looks yellow but I don't think that it needs a crown, so I was thinking maybe it could have a lava veneer.

Would it possible to have a lava veneer done on the tooth next to the lava crown? Do you do lava veneers at pearl dental clinic? Or could I have a different brand of veneer done on the tooth next to my crown?

Is it possible to have a lava crown on one top tooth and an Emax or Lumineer veneer on the tooth next to it? Could they look good together?

    Thank you for your question.

Whenever veneers or crowns are done on separate occasions, its a challenge to make them match each other in shade, especially if the veneer/crown we are trying to copy has a lot of characterization built into its design.

Usually the best thing is to come in for a consultation, so that we can assess the tooth we are trying to match and see if we can meet your needs. Skilled cosmetic lab technicians can do wonders with porcelain, so we should be able to get a good match.

You certainly can have a lava crown on one tooth and an emax/lumineer on another tooth and as long the shade match is done well, the result should be good.
