The perfect smile

I would like to achieve the perfect smile. My main issue is one front top incisor that is crossed with another tooth, and 2 "fangs" and my teeth then whitened to as white as possible. I am assuming I would need to have lumineers to sort out the crooked one and the fangs, but am interested in a consultation to find out my options.

Ideally Saturday or Sundays is the best days. Can I arrange a free consultation for Saturday or Sunday?
