Thumbs up Lumineers on top of old crowns

I have four old crowns on my front teeth which now look pretty poor. I had these done over 20 years ago. I was wondering if it would be possible to put Lumineers on the front of these crowns just to refresh their look.

    Dear Peter
If your crowns and the teeth under the crowns are healthy you could have lumineers to cover them. If the crown margins are failing it is possiblt better to chnage them with new crowns
