    Cool Teeth reconstruction

    Hello

My teeth have worn down and due to years of me grinding my teeth, they are now a lot smaller than they used to be, when I was in my twenties. I am now in my fifties and would like to have teeth reconstruction to rebuild my teeth back to how they used to be.

I would like to know which type of veneer you recommend for tooth reconstruction? Should I go for Composite, Lumineers or Emax veneers to achieve the best results. Ideally I would like to have results that last for 10-15 years and I have heard that Lumineers can last that long with proper care.

I have also been told by my dentist that I would need to wear a nightguard to protect my veneers from chipping. I would like to know how quickly you can do teeth reconstruction and would I need to wear a nightguard for veneer protection?

    Talking Teeth reconstruction

    Hi

Thank you for your post. With teeth reconstruction or rehab cases we need to see you first to assess your teeth and see what sort of treatment you need.

If there is evidence of grinding at night, you will obviously need to wear a nightguard to protect your restorations. I would recommend that you book a consultation first so that we can assess your teeth and create a treatment plan.
