    Exclamation Overcrowded teeth

    Hi

When I was a teenager I was given a removeable brace by my dentist to wear. Unfortunately I did not wear it as often as I should have and my teeth became overcrowded.

I have researched into veneers and found out that they can make my teeth whiter and more straight. I would like to know if you think that Veneers would work for my overcrowded teeth.

    Default Overcrowded teeth

    Hi,

    Thank you for your question.

In some cases where there is mild to moderate form of teeth crowding (teeth overlaping each other) and patient do not wish to consider the option of orthodontic treatment and braces then we can consider the option of veneers.

We have done quite a lot of these cases with some fantastic results and very happy patients. One has to notice not every case is suitable and some times a bit of tooth removal is necessary o achieve the best aesthetic result. This is mostly to re-contour the teeth and remove any lumps and bumps that makes the technician work very difficult, limiting them in producing the best cosmetic result they can achieve.

I have to mention that unlees your teeth are assessed clinically, one cannot tell for sure which option would be the most suitable option for your teeth but we would be very happy to see you for a consultation at Pearl Dental Clinic.
