Gap between Front teeth

Hello

I have a large natural gap in between my two top front teeth, roughly half the size of one natural tooth. When I was younger, I refused to have brace treatment and now I regret it.

This big gap is a huge problem for me and has really affected my confidence and I find that I cant smile because of the gap. My other teeth are all ok.

I would like this gap between my front teeth closed. Can you tell me what options are available to me?

Gap between front teeth can be closed by several methods:

1. Orthodontic treatment can be used to bring the front teeth together and close the gaps. This is usually the best option, but also takes longer than the other two options below.

2. Composite Veneers could be used to widen the two natural teeth on either side of the gap, although there is a limit to how wide a tooth can be without looking too wide and sometimes a smaller gap might have to be accepted on cosmetic grounds.

3. Porcelain Veneers or Lumineers could be used to close the gap. You may need 4 or more Lumineers/Veneers for this option to look good.
