Bleach shade veneers

Hello

I would like to have a celebrity smile makeover and have my teeth looking like a celebrity. My teeth are very yellow due to years of heavy smoking. I have looked at some teeth shade guides and think I would like to have my veneers in one of the bleach shade veneers. Could you tell me if its possible to have celebrity porcelain veneers in bleach shade when the underlying teeth are so very yellow?

If you teeth are very yellow, I would recommend that you first whiten your teeth with teeth whitening. Because the more yellow your teeth are, the more tooth tissue will have to be removed, in order for the lab technician to have the space to mask that yellow colour with the porcelain veneers.

So for example if you have A4 colour teeth pre veneer treatment and want to have A1 colour teeth after veneer treatment, the lab will need in the region of 0.9mm of tooth reduction for those veneers. So if you can bring down your teeth colour from A4 to A2 with teeth whitening, you will need less tooth reduction for your veneers perhaps as little as 0.5mm reduction if you want A1 colour veneers.

Bleach shade veneers are even whiter than A1 and can certainly be provided if you want your teeth to be very white but it will not look natural.
