can I get Lumineers on credit?

Hello

I am currently at Uni studying to become a designer. My teeth need four Lumineers at the front because they are chipped. I have been to see a few dentists and been quoted between 3-4 thousand pounds for the work.

But as I am a student I cant afford this much money in one go. Do you know if there is any way where I can pay for the work over say 3-4 years because that would make it affordable for me and wouldn't have to wait to save up the money.
