Gaps between my teeth

I have always had gaps between my teeth which really really bother me. Due to my dental phobia I have always avoided having anything done on them.

Recently I have seen on the net that Lumineers can close the gaps between my teeth and they dont need any injections or drilling of my teeth. Is this true?
