Default Lumineers before or after invisalign

Hello, im interested in getting lumineers as I have reduced enamel on two upper front teeth (signifcant chipping one one) from agressive brushing as a child, My query is can i get lumineers then have invisalign or any other straightening treatment afterwards?.
I had braces before but lower front teeth have reset back to original setting where one tooth has been pushed forward.

    Thanks for your time

Wink Lumineers before or after invisalign

Normally Invisalign treatment is carried out first before Lumineers are made. This is because, Invisalign treatment sometimes involves reduction of enamel between teeth and if they are covered by Lumineers, that will damage the sides of the Lumineers.

If you wish to have Invisalign treatment only on your lower teeth, it might be possible not to do any adjustments to the top teeth, but we need to see you first to confirm this.

You can as a temporary measure have composite bonding on your top teeth first and then have Invisalign or orthodontic treatment and at the end have Lumineers made for your top teeth.
