Hi, I have gaps between my 3 front teeth and gums, I read that it is called a black triangle. Its happened due to gum disease. Is there any way to fix it?
Black triangles can be reduced if not closed completely using composite bonding attached to surfaces of the teeth on either side of the black triangle. There is also the option of porcelain veneers which would last longer but usually involve some tooth shaving. However in most cases, composite bonding works well at least to reduce the black triangles.
