Hi
I have receded gums caused by years of not brushing my teeth properly. I have now seen a gum specialist and had my gums treated completely and now clean my teeth far better than I used to do. Now the gum recession process has stopped but due to the previous gum recession, my teeth look so yellow and so long. I have tried to get them whitened but apparently its not possible to whiten the tooth roots that are exposed. So I have decided that I would like to have dental veneers to cover up the gum recession areas on my teeth. Could you tell me if veneers help with gum recession and in what time span can a set of porcelain veneers be made?
