Unhappy with the appearance of my teeth

Hi

I am unhappy with the appearance of my teeth because the tips of my teeth keep breaking down. I have been told by my dentist that I was born with a condition that causes teeth to be fragile and they just keep breaking down. As a result my teeth look much shorter than they should be and this really annoys me. My dentist has recommended just living with my teeth the way they are. I really don't want to live with my teeth the way they are and would like your advice as to what can be done to improve the appearance of my teeth?

The appearance of broken down teeth can be improved significantly with porcelain veneers but if teeth are really badly broken down porcelain crowns may become necessary. We would need to see you for a consult to determine a plan of action.
