Why do my porcelain veneers keep coming off?

I had six porcelain veneers fitted in India last year whilst I was there on holiday and over the past few months, these veneers have one by one come off and I have had to have them reattached several times already. The dentist that I have been to says that these veneers dont fit properly and thats why they keep coming off. My question is, can porcelain veneers be repaired after they have been attached. For cost reasons, I dont want to have new veneers made if the current ones can be repaired. Is that possible? Can you please tell me other than bad fit if there could be any other reasons why these veneers keep coming off?

Ill fitting Porcelain veneers cant be rapaired once they are fitted and need to be redone if they dont fit well. Veneers debond either becuase the bite (occlusion) being not correctly adjusted or the veneer not bonded well.
