chipped lumineer

I had eight Lumineers made three years ago and yesterday one of my lumineers chipped accidentally whilst I was eating a nut.

I would like to know, if I will I be able to get a replacement Lumineer identical to my original lumineer in shade? Do the Lumineers lab keep a record of the shade of Lumineers they make and can they replicate a new Lumineer like the previous one that I had?

Dear Sienna
I'm sorry to hear that your Lumineer has chipped. Fortunately they do have a 5 year Warrantee and can be replaced free of charge with the dentist that fitted this for you. You must have the warrantee card that was given to you with the 6 monthly check-ups signed by dentist.
The Lab does keep a record of the shade and type of lumineer that was fitted for you.

I have been to see the dentist that fitted the Lumineer but he told me that I will have to pay for the replacement lumineer. I thought that lumineers had a five year guarantee.

Sorry to hear this Sienna. The dentist may be charging you for his/her time. The warrantee is only for Lumineer itself. Although in pearl dental clinic we would not charge our patients for the replacement, as long as they have kept the warrantee card.
