Reshaping my canines

I have stained teeth caused by severe tetracycline. I have composite veneers done about 10 years ago on my 6 upper and 6 lower teeth, however two of them have now come off.

I am looking to replace the veneers mainly on the 6 upper front teeth with either composite veneers or porcelain and also I would like to possibly reshape my canines.

My main concern is the financial aspect. I would like to book a consultation appt and would like to know what is the charge for the initial consultation.
