    Cool Skewed smile

I have had Invisalign treatment and although my teeth are more aligned I am not happy with the overall appearance.

I grind my teeth and as a result my smile is skew to one side. I would like an opinion on wether veneers would be a solution and the different types.

    Regards,

    Talking Skewed smile

    Thank you for your question.

Veneers could work in a situation where your smile is skewed but you do need to be seen first for a consultation for us to assess your occlusion (the way your teeth come together).

If you grind your teeth at night that puts you at greater risk of veneer fracture and debonding and in this situation you will need to wear a nightgaurd at night everynight to protect your veneers against fracture.

We do Composite veneers, Emax veneers, Lumineers, Da vinci veneers and Mac Veneers. They all have certain advantages and disadvantages. We would need to see your teeth to assess which option would be most suitable for your case.
