Tetracycline teeth staining

Hello,

I was wondering if you could advise me. I am 19 years old and I have tetracycline staining on my teeth. It really is an eye sore and it knocks my confidence.

Iv wanted to do something about my teeth sooner but dentists have always said I need to wait till I stop growing. Now that I'm at the right age please let me know what my options are.

Tetracycyline staining can create very stained teeth which can be difficult to manage. Your options are probably first to start with teeth whitening and maybe even prolonged teeth whitening.

But if whitening provides little improvement, then consider composite or porcelain veneers to cover the tooth areas with tetracycline staining.
