Can I have Lumineers on my lower teeth?

My teeth are very discoloured and for years I have been unhappy about their colour. I have read about no tooth drilling Lumineers and I like the idea of no teeth drilling. I have been informed by another dentist that he doesn't recommend putting Lumineers on my lower teeth. Is there any reason for this and could I have Lumineers on my top and lower teeth.

I can answer you question better once I have seen you but you may need some reduction from your lower teeth to have Lumineers on your lower teeth.
