Teeth whitening comparison

From childhood I have always had yellow teeth. Recently, my friend suggested that I should use a teeth whitening product to brighten up my smile. At that time I didn’t had much knowledge about teeth whitening and I chose a teeth whitening product randomly from the internet.

The whitening results were horrible and I ended up with a lot of teeth sensitivity and patchy teeth. Now, I have stains in my lower teeth. There seems to be a lot of teeth whitening products available on the internet and I think at that time I chose one in a hurry and now I regret not doing more research on teeth whitening first.
