Should I do whitening first or change my fillings first?

I want to whiten my teeth and change my silver fillings to white fillings. Can you tell me which I should do first.

If you do teeth whitening first, we can assess the shade of your teeth afterwards and change your fillings to match the new shade of your natural teeth.

If you want to change the fillings first, we will have to guess what the final result will be after whitening and change your fillings to an estimated shade.

Ideally, the fillings should not be replaced earlier than two weeks after the whitening process has finished, this is so that the bond strengths can recover after the whitening.

Overall, in my opinion its better to do teeth whitening first and then change the fillings to the new shade afterwards.
