Combination teeth whitening

I am undecided about which system of teeth whitening to have for my teeth. I like the idea of combination teeth whitening because it seems to have both Zoom and home teeth whitening.

I would like to know if I should have home whitening followed by Zoom teeth whitening OR zoom whitening followed by home teeth whitening. Which is the best way of doing it that is likely to give the best results.

Are the results of combination whitening generally better than Zoom or home whitening alone?

How often should the home whitening part of combination tooth whitening be repeated to maintain the results of the whitening for longer?

I usually recommend doing Zoom whitening first and then following that with home teeth whitening to top-up and improve the results of Zoom teeth whitening.

Combination teeth whitening has the benefits of both zoom and home whitening in the sense that its very quick but at the same time the results have good longevity and stability.

For frequency of combination whitening top-ups, we will need to assess the shade of your teeth and the recommended frequency varies depending on your expectations and your diet. I usually recommend one night of top-up per month if needed.
