Calcium deposits

I have a calcium deposit on my front tooth. It's not real big but it's noticeable to me. Are there any teeth whitening gels that will help cover up the calcium deposit?

Teeth whitening gels such as enlighten teeth whitening gel do not cover up white patches on teeth but they can whiten the rest of the tooth in colour and make the contrast between the natural tooth and the white patch areas less noticeable. Composite bonding or porcelain veneers could cover the remaining white patch very well.
