Default Does lack of enamel interfere with Whitening?

I would like to whiten my teeth, but I am afraid the whitening process will just make my see-through teeth even more see through. Is this the case, or would whitening improve the appearance of my teeth and make them look thicker (the appearance of more enamel?

Teeth whitening only whitens enamel and not dentine. So if you have a lack of Enamel and mainly show dentine, you may find that the teeth whitening results will not reach your expectations. I would recommend a consultation to see if you would benefit from the teeth whitening procedures on offer.

Thanks for asking this question. I was wondering about it myself. The lower halves of my incisors are a bit transclucent, so if I went for tooth whitening, I suppose my front teeth would look odd!
