Hi

I have heard from my friend you can whiten teeth in 2 hours with the Rembrandt 2 hour whitening kit. Can you tell me more about this product, how it works and most importantly if it is safe?

Hello Janet,

The Rembrandt 2 Hour Whitening Kit consists of applicators which need to be shaped to fit your teeth. The bottom of the applicators are filled with a thin ribbon of whitening gel. The applicators are worn on the teeth for a 20min session followed by a 10min rest. This is repeated 3 more times, so in total the applicators are worn for 2 hours. As the applicators or trays are not custom made the effectiveness of the whitening procedure is reduced therefore we do not recommend there use. We advise patients to have teeth whitening following an examination with their dentist and with custom made whitening trays.
