Enlighten deep bleaching

Hello

I have read about the enlighten deep bleaching system and apparently its one of the best systems for achieving really good teeth whitening results. Am I right in saying that it involves doing teeth whitening at home first and then an hour in surgery after the home whitening is finished? How does the results of enlighten deep bleaching compare with Zoom teeth whitening? I don't mind doing some teeth whitening at home for a few days but I don't think I would have the patience to do two/three weeks of home whitening. Any ideas?
