Combination teeth whitening

Hi

I am interested in whitening my teeth and would like to go for option three which is Zoom teeth whitening and home teeth whitening with Enlighten whitening gel.

I would like to know, in which order do you usually do the combination teeth whitening? Am I correct in assuming that Zoom whitening is done first? Are there any advantages in doing home teeth whitening and then zoom teeth whitening afterwards?

Also my girlfrind would like her teeth whitened too. Can we have a weekend appointment so that we can come together?

We usually do Zoom teeth whitening first and follow it up with home teeth whitening afterwards if the patients wish to have that treatment.

Home teeth whitening can be done before zoom whitening but in my experienece, it can produce a lot of teeth sensitivity and I try to avoid doing the treatment in that order.

You can have a weekend appointment and come together so that both of you can have whitening on the same day,
