Have fillings done before Zoom whitening?

Hi there. TWO questions:

1) I have a dental appointment in early November with hygienist AND dentist to look at a filling in molar. Is it advisable to get these done BEFORE Zoom! treatment...??


2) I have gumline fillings that I guess were coloured to the shade of my teeth by my dentist. Will these gumline fillings also be changed by Zoom! treatment to match new shade of teeth...??

Yes you should see the hygienist and dentist for a check-up and completion of any necessary treatment prior to having zoom treatment. This is to ensure your teeth and gums are healthy before the teeth whitening is started.

Teeth whitening does not alter the colour of fillings. Therefore if you feel the gumline fillings are noticeable after the zoom whitening, these fillings can be changed to match the new shade of the teeth.
