One hour power whitening

I am interested in whitening my teeth and been looking at the different offers on teeth whitening available at the moment. A lot of clinics seem to offer one hour power whitening but I am not sure if that is the same as Zoom advanced power whitening.

I have heard that Zoom provides really good whitening results and I am keen on getting my teeth whitened with Zoom because my friend who had Zoom done was very pleased with his results afterwards.

Could you explain if one hour power whitening is the same as Zoom advanced power whitening? How long does the Zoom advanced whitening procedure usually take and can you do my teeth whitening this coming Sunday?

Should I see my own dentist for teeth cleaning before I have one hour power whitening or can it be done on the same day?
