In office teeth bleaching

Hi

I had in office teeth bleaching when I used to live in the United States and the results lasted about 12 months or so and I did the odd touch up with home whitening to improve on the shade from time to time.

Now over the last 6 months, I have been very busy and have not done anymore teeth bleaching and my teeth have become much darker than they used to be last year.

I would like to know if you think I should come in for another session of in office teeth bleaching or do more with the home teeth whitening trays? For me it would be better to have another session of in office bleaching just because its quicker but I am open to your suggestions.

At this point, you can either have another session of in office teeth bleaching (such as Zoom teeth whitening) or do more home whitening with your home whitening trays.

In office teeth whitening is quicker and usually more costly but people who are very busy often prefer it to home whitening.
