Lightbulb does dental insurance cover sedation?

    Hello

I am very nervous when it comes to dentistry and especially the drilling and would like all my dental treatment to be done under IV sedation. I think I need one filling and possibly a crown because a tooth that was previously filled, recently fractured.

I do have dental insurance through work and I claim back the cost of my dental treatment from them. They usually pay some but not all of the cost of my dental treatment back.

Could you tell me if sedation is covered by dental insurance. I used to live abroad and use to claim back the cost of my dental sedation from my dental insurance provider. Is this also the case in this country?

Wink does dental insurance cover sedation?

    Thank you for your post.

There are many dental insurance providers on the market and each of them have different policy terms and conditions. The best thing to do is to contact your dental insurance provider and ask them the question.
