Arrow Will Root canal treatment be painful with Iv sedation?

    Hi

I need root canal treatment on my front incisor and the thought of root canal treatment fills me with anxiety. I had a root canal done many years ago and that was a very unpleasant experience but that was done without sedation.

I would like to know if I have IV sedation now with my root canal treatment, is the root treatment going to be painful? Will I be able to fully relaxed or in pain through out the procedure?

Default Will Root canal treatment be painful with Iv sedation?

    Hi,

    Thank you for your question.

Your root canal treatment will be painless even without the sedation with the type of local anaesthetics we use these days but in terms of relaxation and relieve of anxiety, then with the type of sedation we provide in our clinic, it will be second to none.
