Needle phobia

Hi

I'm absolutely petrified of dental injections and cant tolerate having needles put into my mouth. My front tooth has recently cracked and I cant leave it as it is, because it shows there is a crack when I smile.

Do you treat any patients with needle phobia? Do you have any ways of making the needle injection easier and less painful for me? I don't mind injections elsewhere on my body so much, but I get very needle phobic with needles going into my mouth. Any ideas?
