Hi, Iíve read a few questions on your forum and I see that you offer two types of IV sedation, but not pills as you donít think they are effective with dental surgery. Iím having my teeth scaled and polished as part of on-going treatment and I canít lie; Iím very VERY nervous Ė and thatís just the start of what is basically a dental overhaul! My dentist is hoping the clean-up will make it clearer which teeth need to be removed and which can be treated intact. I have to confess that I havenít taken very good care of my teeth, so itís my own fault really.
Anyway, I digress, what I really have a problem with is injections and so I was wondering if you think some kind of therapy for my issues could help, in your professional opinion. I realise you canít give an in-depth psychological analysis or anything like that, I would just like to know if you advocate treatments like this for patients who are too nervous even for IV sedation. Have you much experience with people who have similar problems? Thanks.
