Fear of dentistry

Hi

I have a severe fear of dentistry which has stopped me from seeing a regular dentist for the past twenty years. Every few years when a tooth gets really painful, I see an emergency dentist and they remove that tooth for me.

However now I am finding difficulties in eating as I dont have any molar teeth left to chew with. I would like to have a few teeth implanted at the back of my teeth so that I can chew more effectively.

For years I could not afford any dental implants but now I have saved up and now I am in a position to afford them. However I can only have implants with sedation and would like to know if all dental implant treatment can be carried out under deep sedation?
